  • Between 1 & 3 face to face training sessions per week, each session lasting 60 minutes
  • A varied and progressive training programme tailored to your goals

  • Support with nutritional tracking where appropriate
  • Support by e-mail, text or phone outside of your session time
  • Online session booking giving you the ability to choose your own time slots each week
