Fitness classes are a fantastic way to achieve a multitude of health benefits. Combining both physical benefits such as getting fitter, getting stronger, and improving mobility to the mental benefits such as reducing stress, improving self-esteem, and confidence. 

It can be tough to stay motivated when you're working out on your own, but when you're exercising with others, it's easier to stay focused and push yourself harder. Seeing other people sweating it out alongside you can also offer a major motivation boost!

I teach a variety of classes designed for all ability levels. So whether you're brand new to exercise or a seasoned pro, you can benefit from one of my fitness classes.

I'm adding new classes all the time so it's always a good idea to keep checking the timetable. Below is a list of the classes I'm currently offering:

Power Pump - Copmanthorpe Sports & Recreation Centre

 

A fast paced, high energy, full body barbell workout choreographed to motivational music where each track hits different muscle groups. Working with the beat of the music, these easy to follow routines can be easily modified for those new to strength training so it's an ideal class for any level of experience. One thing's for sure, you'll leave feeling amazing!

Circuits - Copmanthorpe Sports & Recreation Centre

Get ready to sweat, challenge your limits, and have fun in our Full-Body Circuit Training Class! This dynamic workout combines strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises in a classic timed circuit designed to maximize results in minimal time. Ideal for all fitness levels, this class will help you build muscle, improve endurance, and boost your metabolism.

By participating in this class, you will:
